Revenue Growth Contributor:

  • Drive growth by converting service calls into loyal customers.

Professional Brand Ambassador:

  • Uphold the company’s image through professional appearance and conduct.

Performance Indicators:

The following metrics are critical for assessing success:

1. Conversion Rate:

  • HVAC Demand - 85% or higher
  • HVAC Demand System Check - 50% or higher
  • GCM System Check - 35% or higher

2. Average Sale:

  • HVAC Demand - $500 or more
  • HVAC Demand System Check - $500 or more
  • GCM System Check - $500 or more

3. Sold Hour Efficiency: 15% or higher

4. GCM Conversion Rate: 25% or higher

5. Recall Rate: 3% or lower
