Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our In-House Agency RN Program. This temporary part-time PRN position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care hospital environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care as an RN, coordinating care for patients and working collaboratively with clinic providers, fellows, and staff.
  • Triage patients and facilitate appointments, coordinate transitions of care, and provide patient education on complex conditions.
  • Work with individual patients, their families, and providers of care to develop and implement individual health plans.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an Associate Degree, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor's in Nursing, or Master's in Nursing.
  • Valid RN License issued by the State of Arkansas.
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience as an RN in an acute care hospital.
  • Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills.
  • Strong work ethics and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of RN experience.
  • Employees in this role must be fitted for, capable of donning and performing routine tasks in personal protective equipment.
