Applied Behavior Therapist

Kidology, Inc. is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism in the Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties region. As an ABA therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients reach their developmental milestones.
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Board Certified Applied Behavior Analysis professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in providing ABA services and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a part-time/full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $40-$65 per hour.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Administering assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
- Developing reports including functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, progress reports, and individualized treatment plans
- Utilizing behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for client/student programs
- Monitoring progress regularly via visual analysis and making program changes when indicated
- Training and supervising behavior technicians (BTs) and/or school district staff in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A license as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner, or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) required
- A certification as a BCABA or other undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute
- A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 credits in ABA from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or the equivalent from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services
- A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a professional with a certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA approved by the Department or provided by a continuing education provider approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
