Kidology Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Health division, you will provide high-quality ABA therapy to children and teens with autism. Your expertise will help shape our programs and ensure that we are meeting the evolving needs of our clients.

We are looking for a qualified candidate with a license as a psychologist, professional counselor, or other related field, as well as certification as a BCABA or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services is required, along with a strong understanding of behavioral principles and interventions. You will be responsible for start-up new clients, administering assessments, developing reports, and utilizing behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff.
