As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices and payments, reviewing and adjusting ledger payable/receivable balances, and providing exceptional customer service to our external and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all imports, research, and data entry related to vendor invoices and payments received from tenants and customers.
  • Review and data entry related to transactions needed to adjust ledger payable/receivable balances.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal customers, ensuring requests are completed timely and accurately.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties related to ledger balances, including sorting and distributing intercompany and incoming mail and facsimile communications.
  • Review and maintain application systems with relevant account and record information.
  • Maintain both physical and electronic files.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience in accounting/customer service.
  • Strong initiative and effective organizational skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with various levels of professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
