Position Overview

The Manufacturing Laborer plays a crucial role in the production process by setting up and operating machinery to create products that meet customer specifications. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, performing minor repairs, and executing preventative maintenance on equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery to manufacture products as per specifications.
  • Identify and resolve issues with equipment, conducting minor repairs as needed.
  • Carry out quality control checks and take necessary actions to ensure product standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and work in progress.
