Position Overview

The Office of Data and Innovation is on the lookout for a skilled Associate Analyst to assist our leadership in achieving strategic objectives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

Organizing and managing schedules, ensuring effective time management. Providing essential administrative assistance and participating in relevant meetings. Engaging with various agencies and stakeholders to facilitate departmental activities. Supporting the execution of strategic initiatives. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Coordinating travel arrangements for in-state and out-of-state engagements. Handling expense reports related to business and travel for the leadership.

This role necessitates regular attendance at our headquarters during standard business hours.
