Our collaborative care model integrates care across multiple disciplines, ensuring the patient is at the forefront. We care for medically complex patients in both hospital and outpatient settings.

The Everett Clinic is seeking a growth-minded physician with experience in internal medicine who is comfortable seeing patients in the hospital and outpatient clinic, particularly complex aging patients. You'll be interested in advancing patient and family comprehension and offering personalized care options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide integrated, supportive care to complex aging patients in outpatient and home-based settings.
  • Work in concert with other physicians and collectively manage patient panels.
  • Care for Medicare advantage patients in innovative ways, including providing alternatives to hospitalization.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted WA State Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Current WA DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • EMR proficient.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Self-starter with ability to practice with a high degree of independence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Managed Care experience.
  • 1+ years' experience post-training.
  • Experience with complex geriatric patients.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $288,631 to $385,254 annually. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
