This position operates in a hybrid model, primarily supporting the Global Security Communications Center (GSCC), which functions as a central hub for monitoring security systems and managing emergency situations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Accurately map all organizational assets globally into the department's mapping tool.
  • Maintain up-to-date asset information by verifying against weekly updates from various business partners.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders by demonstrating the mapping capabilities of the GSCC.
  • Utilize advanced mapping tools and styles to create visually appealing presentations.
  • Leverage analytical data tools to enrich existing demographic and lifestyle data with valuable insights.
  • Assist in data management and entry tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to GSCC Supervisors and Managers.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ArcGIS software.
  • Specialized skills in VBA (Excel), Python, and Power Automate.
  • Preferred knowledge in JavaScript, Arcade, Everbridge, SmartSheet, Dataminr, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
