MEP Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

We are seeking a seasoned MEP Superintendent with a specialty in Healthcare to join our rapidly growing team in the construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of commercial and healthcare construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all MEP phases of healthcare and commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  • Manage the scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety associated with all MEP aspects of the project.
  • Assist in the selection and contracting process of subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Superintendent or MEP Healthcare Superintendent in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial projects, higher education, and healthcare construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent project management and supervision skills.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
