Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of MEP installers and technicians
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards
