Position Overview:

We are in search of a high-performing Energy/Controls Engineer who can deliver exceptional value to clients with minimal oversight. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in achieving energy efficiency objectives through the optimization and integration of BMS systems and controls across diverse client facilities.
  • Strong energy analysis skills and technical knowledge are essential for timely and effective energy assessments.
  • The engineer must consistently meet or exceed project deadlines.
  • Effective delegation of tasks to junior team members is crucial.
  • A visionary approach to client value propositions is required, with the ability to define logical pathways that align with client goals.
  • Clear, organized, and logical communication is necessary.
  • Collaboration with subcontractors and project stakeholders is vital for successful energy project development and implementation.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in energy modeling software and spreadsheets
  • Understanding of energy economics
  • Strong client communication and management abilities
  • Familiarity with energy audit and retro-commissioning processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Knowledge of NY/NJ utility incentive programs
