- Ensuring a positive experience for all occupants and visitors at the site.
- Processing vendor and visitor badges, and reporting any inconsistencies to the Lead Facilities Coordinator.
- Ordering breakroom supplies and maintaining an inventory of office supplies.
- Receiving and distributing mail, packages, and work orders via the Tririga tool.
- Providing temporary parking passes to visitors, as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area at all times.
