  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in facility maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of maintenance management software.
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy items, climbing ladders, and working in diverse environmental conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing fields.
