  • Diagnose and repair equipment and systems to maintain optimal performance.
  • Implement preventative maintenance measures to reduce downtime and prolong asset lifespan.
  • Assist in planning and executing facility enhancement projects.
  • Oversee and maintain building security systems, including access control and alarm mechanisms.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including OSHA regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in facility maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of maintenance management software.
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy items, climbing ladders, and working in diverse environmental conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing fields.
  • Experience with building automation systems (BAS).
