As part of our commitment to optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing security protocols, we are initiating a comprehensive program aimed at deploying a standardized tool for the management and protection of endpoint devices. This strategic initiative encompasses multiple phases, including infrastructure establishment, agent installation, and the rollout of inventory and compliance features.

  • Facilitate software distribution and patch management across all devices
  • Transition existing packages from System Center Configuration Manager to the new tool
  • Implement initial reporting and insights, integrate with ServiceNow CMDB, and enable remote control capabilities
  • Deploy agents in specialized environments at layer 3

This project is expected to significantly transform operational methodologies, particularly concerning IBS tools. Effective change management practices will be essential to ensure clear communication within the organizational community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance technology communication and facilitate information dissemination
  • Coordinate the distribution of technology updates through various platforms
  • Create communication toolkits and tracking systems for global initiatives
  • Promote readiness and engagement for smaller scale projects
  • Support user adoption through training sessions and informational events

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in change management, with global exposure preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Enterprise tools, including SharePoint
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and creative skills
  • Able to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills and adaptability to dynamic environments
