Identifies and analyzes complex patient issues, developing strategic interventions based on clinical trends. Incorporates research and evidence-based methodologies into patient care, prioritizing safety and quality. Advocates for patients by effectively communicating clinical concerns and ethical considerations to the healthcare team. Required Qualifications
Education
  • Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • If holding an associate degree, enrollment in a BSN program is required within six months of hire, with completion within three years.

Experience
  • 1-2 years of nursing experience required.

Licenses and Certifications
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice or compact state eligibility required.
  • CPR certification from an accredited provider required within 90 days of hire.
  • Specialty certifications may be required based on departmental needs.
  • Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification required for specific nursing specialties within 12 months of hire.

Skills and Competencies
  • Proficient in basic math and computer skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
