Required Qualifications
Education
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- If holding an associate degree, enrollment in a BSN program is required within six months of hire, with completion within three years.
Experience
- 1-2 years of nursing experience required.
Licenses and Certifications
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice or compact state eligibility required.
- CPR certification from an accredited provider required within 90 days of hire.
- Specialty certifications may be required based on departmental needs.
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification required for specific nursing specialties within 12 months of hire.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in basic math and computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
