Clinical Administrator

The Clinical Administrator is a key member of the MedStar Health nursing leadership team, responsible for directing and supervising clinical and administrative resources to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a commitment to promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and supervise clinical and administrative resources to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and other administrators to maintain adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards
- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- Assume leadership authority and responsibility during specific shifts, coordinating patient care services and staffing patterns to meet safe and efficient staffing levels
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing or health-related field preferred
- 3-4 years of progressive nursing care experience, with leadership and management experience preferred
- Current RN licensure in Maryland, with CPR certification required
