About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Caregiver and Advocate to join our team at West Bay RI. As a Caregiver and Advocate, you will work closely with individuals with IDD to develop their maximum independence. This is a fulfilling role that requires a strong commitment to supporting people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Objectively monitor, report, and document individual status
  • Implement care plans and goals
  • Maintain a positive, supportive, productive team and work environment

Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years as a Direct Support Professional or Milieu Therapist
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits:
* Pay Rate: $22.50/hourly
* Weekend Pay Differential = additional $1.00/hour
* Platinum Plan Benefits including BCBS Health Insurance, Delta Dental Insurance, and more

Schedule:
Shifts: 1st and 2nd with some flexibility to occasionally cover 3rd shift
Hours: 35
Positions available in Cranston, Johnston, and Warwick
