Caregiver Advocate

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 per year, paid on demand, and a full benefits package for full-time employees, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match.

You will assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

Your responsibilities will include developing real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, taking initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities, and supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a high school diploma or equivalent
• communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills
• patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility
• a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
