We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team at J.B. Solutions of Florida, Inc. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in scheduling appointments with homeowners across Tampa, Brandon, and Riverview areas for our Outside Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients in designated marketing areas to schedule appointments.
  • Represent the company accurately and professionally as the first point of contact with potential clients.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to increase the quality and quantity of appointments set.
  • Meticulously record interactions and appointments with potential clients in the CRM system.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to hone professional skills and improve overall performance.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, challenges, and appointment setting outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements during client interactions.
  • Work effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-up on leads.
  • Handle customer objections professionally, using approved scripts and training techniques.
  • Adapt communication and sales strategies based on individual customer needs and responses.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must be resilient, with the ability to maintain professionalism and positivity while working outdoors.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets in a performance-driven role.
  • Prior experience in marketing, sales, or canvassing is beneficial but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Availability for full-time work following a steady 5/6 schedule.
  • Reliable transportation to and from our offices in Brandon/Tampa is essential.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
