Note: Our operations run continuously, with shifts structured as 12 hours in a rotating schedule of 2 days on, 2 days off, followed by 3 days on.

• Operate machinery and mechanical equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to established best practices.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Maintain compliance with documented quality, operational, and visual standards to safeguard our partners' brands.
• Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain end line equipment.
• Advocate for the Trivium Production System (TPS) to foster team development through effective communication and standardized problem-solving processes.
• Perform troubleshooting on equipment to rectify defects.
• Assist with trial runs, sorting defective products, and addressing mechanical issues.
• Operate forklifts as required, following internal certification protocols.
• Adhere to safety policies, procedures, and legal standards, including BRC Food Safety Standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental policies.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Basic proficiency in computer and mathematical skills.
• Preferred: Professional certification or license in industrial or mechanical skills.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing is advantageous.

The starting pay range for this position is $24.42 per hour.

This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, and the use of hands for handling and operating tools and controls. Employees must be capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision as well as color recognition.

The work environment is typically very loud outside of office areas, necessitating the use of hearing protection and other assigned personal protective equipment. Temperature variations can occur, and the atmosphere may contain fumes, dust, and odors.
