Trivium Packaging is a global leader in metal packaging, with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team in Conklin, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery and equipment, adhering to quality and operational standards.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks, setup, run, adjust, repair, evaluate, and maintain end line equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with the Operational Team Leader and other team members to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Identify and solve problems using the Trivium Production System (TPS) and standard processes.
  • Comply with safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including BRC Food Safety Standards and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental policies.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic computer and math skills
  • Professional certificate/license in industrial or mechanical skills preferred
  • High volume manufacturing experience a plus

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud outside of the office area. Employees must wear hearing protection and all other assigned Personal Protective Equipment. Temperature can range from cold (90 degrees). The atmosphere contains fumes, dust, and odors.
