Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly during the overnight shift.
  • Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations, respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.
  • Process invoices, reconcile accounts, balance the cash drawer, and log receipts.
  • Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts, keep accurate financial records and ledgers, and help prepare for forecasts and audits.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of hotel front office experience or prior experience as a Night Auditor.
  • An eye for detail and a passion to provide quality of service to our guests.
  • Prior Marriott brand experience, excellent computer, customer service, and communication skills.
