Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our Front Office Team at the Courtyard/Residence Inn Poplar Creek Complex. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk and accounting functions during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations
• Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies
• Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and balance the cash drawer
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
• Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
• Help prepare for forecasts and audits

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of hotel front office experience or prior experience as a Night Auditor
• An eye for detail and a passion for providing quality service to guests
• Prior Marriott brand experience, excellent computer, customer service, and communication skills
