Job Summary

As a Barista at James River Church, you will provide exceptional customer service to all patrons while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor. You will be knowledgeable of the cafe's layout and procedures, including the operation of espresso and brewing machines, baking, and cleaning.

Responsibilities
  • Handle monetary transactions accurately and maintain a balanced sales drawer.
  • Operate espresso and brewing machines, baking, and cleaning equipment with proper training.
  • Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to maintain a safe environment.
  • Adjust to changes in plans and implement solutions as needed.
