Slot Ambassador

The Slot Ambassador is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless gaming experience for our guests. As a Slot Ambassador, you will be the face of our casino, promoting a clean, safe, and healthy environment for employees and guests alike.

• Facilitate daily shift operations, including EGM jackpot payment, verification, and approval, as well as Title 31 compliance.
• Administer promotional events, monitor normal operation, and exchange currency, redeem EGM payout tickets, and witness and provide payment for EGM jackpot tickets.
• Provide general customer service, resolving disputes and compiling information for customer resolution.
• Ensure a source for customer currency exchange for the purpose of operating gaming equipment.
• Coordinate customer satisfaction resolution and provide witnessing or authorizing signatures.

• Previous heavy cash handling experience or other transferable accounting skills.
• Ability to navigate through the Oasis Ticket Redemption Center validation system.
• Customer service experience, with emphasis on multi-tasking, personal organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork, self-motivation, and maintenance of confidentiality are expected on a daily basis.
• Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug-free workplace policies.

The casino work environment may expose you to second-hand smoke on a regular basis. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours as business demands. While performing duties of this position, employee is required to stand for extended periods, and frequently walk, and use hands to; finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally sit. Ability to manage stress appropriately, make decisions under pressure, manage anger, fear, hostility, and violence of others appropriately.
