We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Watermark Retirement Communities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working all shifts, including weekends and overnights. You will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management.

Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a Caregiver in an assisted living, memory care, or home care setting
  • Able to work weekends
  • Diligent in paperwork
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Great assessment skills
  • Interested in learning and growing your skill set
