We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at The Fountains at Crystal Lake. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working all shifts, including weekends and overnights. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.50-$19.00, with an additional $5.00/hr shift differential for working weekends or overnights.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in care provision.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a Caregiver in an assisted living, memory care, or home care setting.
  • Able to work weekends and flexible shifts.
  • Diligent in paperwork and documentation.
  • Excellent work ethic and assessment skills.
  • Interest in learning and growing your skill set.
