Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate K2 Assistant Teacher to join our team at Growing Room Child Development Centers. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and helping them develop essential skills for future success.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to our two-year-old children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  • Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum, promoting learning and development in a fun and engaging environment.
  • Follow all state childcare licensing regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our children.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
  • Help children develop self-help skills, encouraging independence and confidence.
  • Create a stimulating and loving classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school or equivalent

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:30pm.
