Job Summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in Chillicothe, Ohio. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and functional ability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services as ordered by the attending physician, including assessment, intervention, and education.
  • Collaborate with the occupational therapist to develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring patient goals are met and functional status is improved.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to agency and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of employment.
  • Minimum one year of experience as an OTA in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing.
