  • Manage incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Collaborate with opticians to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google apps
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
