At Ramin Tayami MD Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Optician Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting our opticians in their daily duties.

Responsibilities:

* Assist opticians with daily tasks, including opening orders, quality checking, and packaging
* Enter data into Optical Management (OM) system
* Communicate with patients via phone and in-person to pick up glasses and return voice messages
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized retail area
* Assist with scanning and filing documents
* Collaborate with the optician team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google apps
* Reliable and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
* Experience in the medical field is a plus
