Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel in the field
  • Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential threats
  • Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Valid ID, Guard Card, and Firearm Permit
  • Active Shooting Training and SB626 certification
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
