Armed Security Specialist

US Security Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security Officer to join our team in Lancaster, PA. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our client assets, while upholding all local, state, and federal laws.
Key Responsibilities- Perform security operations and site-specific tasks in accordance with organizational policies and practices.
- Convey information between clients, staff, and the organization.
- Execute basic security functions, including perimeter and interior patrols, monitoring CCTV and other systems, securing client property and assets, and standing posts.
- Provide logistical support regarding the security of client assets.
- Enforce operating procedures and site-specific instructions.
- Setup and execute basic security functions, including perimeter and access control, identification procedures, securing assets/property, and post-standing duties.
- Communicate and coordinate movement with clients, US Security staff, and US Security Care Management.
- Observe and report any events that may impact operations.
- Provide assistance to any position or post on a designated detail.
- Prepare reports detailing incident findings.
- Collaborate with other agents and agencies to exchange information and coordinate activities.
- Monitor, note, report, and investigate suspicious persons and situations, safety hazards, and unusual or illegal activity in the detail area.
- Communicate information and ideas in a manner that others will understand.
- Perform duties as needed and directed by the Operations Manager.
- High school diploma.
- Law enforcement or military police experience preferred.
- No felony conviction; no misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude.
- Ability to comprehend and utilize the English language, written and verbal.
- Must possess current ACT 235.
- Must possess your own firearm.
- Reliable means of communication (active e-mail and cell phone).
- Reliable transportation.
- Consent to drug screen.
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred).
As a part-time unarmed agent with US Security Care, you will receive paid training each year, paid sick time, and 401K benefits.
