Floating Lead Maintenance Technician

TAM Residential LLC is seeking a skilled Floating Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Job Summary:

  • Assist in the overall management of maintenance personnel
  • Supervise unit turnover, repairs, renovations, and on-call emergencies
  • Carry out health and safety procedures

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires regular weekend and evening work. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, liability insurance, and a means of transportation. You will be required to travel to other TAM Residential communities as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine scheduled inspections of premises
  • Maintain all storage and maintenance shops
  • Ensure proper storage of chemicals and equipment
  • Supervise porters regarding cleaning and maintenance of grounds

Requirements:

  • Current certification in HVAC and pool maintenance
  • Computer literate to the extent of working with a computer daily
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Benefits:

TAM Residential LLC offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401K and life insurance. Regular, full-time associates are eligible to accrue paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
