Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Owens Realty Services. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventative and corrective maintenance, to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
  • Conduct inspections of buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and major equipment to identify and address any issues.
  • Repair and replace ceiling tiles, light fixtures, display boards, and other fixtures as needed.
  • Service plumbing and electrical fixtures, and check locks for functionality.
  • Perform regular inspections of the building and report any unusual circumstances to management.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure facility and property is neat, clean, and free of trash and debris.
  • Attend all required instructional classes and assist with any additional duties as required by management.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

  • Regularly exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, hazardous materials, and waste.
