- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer technical manuals and industry developments to maintain expertise and provide high-quality service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment service and repair.
- Ability to perform basic and advanced repairs using special tools and equipment following technical manual procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in heavy equipment repair.
- Ability to use service advisor software and basic computer functions.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
