Assembly Technician Job Description

Around the Clock Services is seeking highly motivated and skilled Assembly Technicians to join our team in Madison, GA. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing products and merchandise for our retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and repair products and merchandise using manufacturer instructions and adhering to retailer rules and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Check-in with Retailer management to confirm build list and inventory.
  • Generate and complete invoices daily.
  • Report and communicate effectively to the Area Manager.
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace, leaving clients with a clean build area.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, and mechanical aptitude.
  • A smartphone and email address.
  • Internet access via a smartphone or mobile device.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel within 50 miles of your location.
  • Capable of working on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Kneel, bend, twist, and lift 40+ pounds repeatedly.
Compensation:

As an Assembly Technician, you will be paid by the finished piece, with the potential to earn up to $30 per hour depending on your productivity. This is an independent contractor position, and high-energy, fast-paced individuals or teams are most successful.
