As a Principal Engineer at SailPoint, you will be an integral part of our engineering leadership team, spearheading the design and development of our Identity Security Platform, Atlas. - 10+ years of experience in a Software Platform Architect role, with a track record of designing large-scale, enterprise-class, multi-tenant distributed SaaS software.
- Deep understanding of modern technologies and a willingness to learn new ones (e.g., Golang, Docker, Redis, Postgres, GraphQl, Python, Kafka, Terraform, Timescale, AWS).
- Extensive experience in modern SaaS architecture, REST and API concepts, design patterns, and principles of security, availability, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Experience in decomposing monolithic architectures into distributed systems.
- Product-oriented mindset: capable of transforming complex business requirements into user-friendly software.
- A collaborative demeanor, with the ability to coach, mentor, and delegate effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A commitment to lifelong learning, staying abreast of technology trends, and sharing knowledge with your team.
