Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Foreman to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment.
  • Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
  • Identify and operate shut-off valves.
  • Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain inventory and purchase orders log.
  • Inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers.
  • Operate power lift.
  • Complete life safety checklist, including fire-pump run test and generator run test.
  • Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
  • Assist in development of disaster response protocols.
  • Respond to guest repair requests.
Requirements
  • Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $31.33 to $39.16 per hour.
