Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Foreman to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plumbing systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on plumbing tools, appliances, and equipment.
  • Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and locate shut-off valves, and operate them as needed.
  • Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as required.
  • Maintain inventory and purchase orders log.
  • Inspect tools, equipment, or machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers.
  • Operate power lifts and other equipment as needed.
  • Complete life safety checklists, including fire-pump run tests and generator run tests.
  • Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
  • Assist in developing disaster response protocols.
  • Respond to and attend to guest repair requests.
Requirements
  • Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • None required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None.
Compensation

The pay range for this position is $31.33 to $39.16 per hour.
