Job SummaryWest Direct Oil is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Johnstown, CO. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of oil and fuel trucks. Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose issues with diesel equipment, including engines, transmissions, and brakes.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems.
  • Test repaired equipment to ensure it meets manufacturer specifications and regulations.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with diesel equipment.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and work orders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to lift 50 pounds and work in awkward positions.
