- Store Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and associates, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Workforce Management: Design and implement a monthly schedule, assigning work to foster an efficient and effective workflow.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level.
