Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient setting, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Conduct patient education and training to promote independence and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Current Physical Therapist license in good standing in the state of Washington.
- Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program with a BS, MS, or DPT degree.
- Strong foundation in orthopedics and neurology, with experience in acute hospital settings preferred.
