Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all operations at the valet cashier desk.
  • Respond to incoming calls and efficiently dispatch valet staff to assist guests.
  • Assist guests with vehicle requests, parking fees, and payment processing.
  • Occasionally park and retrieve vehicles while ensuring safety and promptness.
  • Provide information about property amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Support guests with luggage handling and storage as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet and cashier areas.

Guest Interaction:

Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met. You will be responsible for:

  • Issuing and collecting claim tickets for vehicles.
  • Communicating parking procedures and policies to guests.
  • Monitoring and managing guest requests for vehicles and luggage assistance.
  • Providing directions and information about hotel facilities and services.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
