About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team at American House Senior Living Communities. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
  • Lead a team of cooks and assistants in preparing high-quality meals.
  • Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the Culinary Director to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in managing inventory and supplies.
  • Participate in prospective resident visits to showcase our culinary offerings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef or in a similar role.
  • Serve Safe Certification required.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
