Job Description

We are looking for a hearing instrument specialist who is motivated, ambitious, and wants to be a part of an industry-disrupting sales model. The ideal candidate should be a licensed hearing aid dispenser and/or a dispensing audiologist with a passion for helping the hearing-impaired.

As a hearing specialist, you will be responsible for greeting customers, offering free hearing screens, analyzing test findings, and making recommendations based on the customers' hearing loss. You will also recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions, educate patients on how to use and maintain the hearing aid devices, and make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
