About the Role: As an HR Business Partner at MSI, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the company's human resources strategy. Your primary focus will be on the day-to-day management of HR operations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administration of policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Serve as a business partner to regional company leadership, leading recruiting, retention, and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate HR on department projects, focusing on digital transformation, modernization, and employer branding.

Work Environment: The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to sit for extended periods and occasionally stand or walk.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of Federal and local labor laws and other applicable state laws. Additionally, you should have experience working in a Human Resources department and be proficient in HRIS software, payroll, and labor reporting systems. Strong employee relations skills and excellent oral and written English language communication skills are essential.
