Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join our culinary team. If you have a love for cooking and a desire to be part of a vibrant BBQ family, this role may be for you.

Applicant Requirements:

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and repetitive motions
• Adherence to the dress code

Cook Role: This is a full-time position requiring 30-40 hours per week. We guarantee full scheduled shifts, even during slow periods. We seek cooks who can work with precision and are committed to serving only the finest quality food. While our kitchen environment is friendly, we maintain high standards. Responsibilities include mastering each kitchen station, managing the smoker, preparing meats, handling vegetables, and crafting sauces. Cooks are expected to uphold cleanliness throughout their shifts and maintain impeccable workstations.

• Responsible for the quality, safety, and timeliness of all dishes served
• Knowledgeable about menu items, safety, and sanitation protocols; must obtain Food Handlers Certification
• Competent in the safe operation of kitchen equipment
• Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen to uphold service standards
• Properly handle, store, and rotate food products in compliance with health regulations
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures, diligently following task lists

Compensation for Experienced Cooks: Exceptional cooks can earn $26-$29/hr (including a base pay of $19/hr plus tips averaging $7-10/hr).
