Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical automated system machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate on-site installation and maintenance of automated system machines, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical automated system machines, utilizing your expertise in motors, drivers, belts, and bearings.
  • Clear interfaces of electrical and mechanical software, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, providing exceptional service and support in high-impact scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain standards and tools for hardware projects, driving efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor external suppliers and automated system machine performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Perform ladder, metal stair, catwalk, and temporary structure maintenance to ensure safe and efficient access.
  • May work extended hours, weekends, and holidays to support customer service and change requests.
  • May travel to other sites for paid training, installations, and vacation relief.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing your expertise to drive results.
Qualification Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Electronic or Mechanical Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of equipment maintenance experience, preferably with automation.
  • Working knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles, motors, drivers, belts, and bearings.
Compensation

$35.00 to $40.00 per hour
